Work Environment

This full-time position is based onsite at our rehabilitation center in Joplin, ensuring you play a direct role in developing treatment programs that cater to the needs of our patients. The work schedule will generally run from Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a predictable work-life balance. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed physical therapy evaluations to assess patients' needs and establish baseline functional abilities.

  • Administer hands-on therapy techniques, utilizing both manual therapy and modalities to facilitate movement restoration and pain reduction.
  • Monitor patient progress closely, adjusting treatment plans as necessary while celebrating patient achievements and milestones.
  • Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises, injury prevention strategies, and long-term wellness goals to empower them in their recovery.
  • Collaborate with referring physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure cohesive treatment plans and comprehensive patient care.
  • Document all patient interactions, treatment services, and outcomes in compliance with facility protocols and healthcare regulations.
  • Stay informed about the latest advancements in physical therapy practices and pursue continuing education opportunities to enhance expertise.
Patient Population / Client Focus

At Infinix, we primarily serve an outpatient population ranging from pediatric to geriatric patients with orthopedic conditions, sports injuries, and post-operative rehabilitation needs. Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • A valid Missouri Physical Therapy License or eligibility to obtain it prior to your start date.

Preferred Experience
