Work Environment

Your work schedule will typically run Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, with opportunities for flexible hours depending on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical capabilities and functional status, using standardized tests and objective measurements.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings, aligning with each patient's recovery objectives.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities such as manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise, and patient education to enhance recovery and mobility.
• Monitor patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations and feedback.
• Document all interventions and treatment outcomes in a thorough and organized manner, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Engage in continuous professional development and training opportunities to stay current with the latest therapeutic techniques and trends in physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse range of patients, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain conditions, and neurological disorders. Our clients vary in age and background, allowing you to implement tailored therapeutic approaches that fit their unique situations. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Arizona.
• Board certification by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) is preferred.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting is required.
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and familiarity with evidence-based practices in physical therapy.

Compensation and Benefits
