Key Responsibilities

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position involves treating a varied patient demographic, including individuals with orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine conditions. You will be granted the privilege of playing a pivotal role in their recovery, from initial evaluation to the reassessment of their functional capabilities, while providing compassionate and committed care.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution is required.
• Active state license as a Doctor of Physical Therapist (DPT) issued by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic interventions and patient management.
• Current certification in CPR is essential to maintain a safe environment for both staff and patients.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective patient interaction and documentation.
• Technical proficiency in word processing and electronic health record systems is advantageous for streamlined operations.
• A demonstrated commitment to building strong, empathetic relationships with patients, alongside a positive attitude towards teamwork and community involvement.

Preferred Experience

While two years of experience is required, candidates with backgrounds in specialized areas such as sports therapy, pediatric therapy, or neuro rehabilitation may stand out. Previous experience working in a multidisciplinary team within a rehab setting will be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits
