Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Implementing various therapy techniques, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and the use of specialized equipment to alleviate pain and improve mobility.

• Providing education and training for patients, families, and caregivers on exercises, safety measures, and the proper use of assistive devices, ensuring effective self-care practices.
• Staying updated on best practices in physical therapy by participating in workshops, peer discussion groups, and continuing education courses.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

To successfully fulfill this role, candidates must possess:

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) and a valid physical therapy license in the state of Virginia.

Compensation and Benefits
