Work Environment

The clinic operates from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at our clinic, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at providing exceptional patient care. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive evaluations of patients, reviewing medical histories, performing specific assessments, and determining evidence-based treatment recommendations.
  • Implementing effective treatment protocols that align with the patient's individual needs, while continuously adapting to their progress and feedback.
  • Documenting patient care meticulously, including initial evaluations, treatment plans with clearly defined goals, daily encounter notes, and discharge summaries that provide a detailed account of patient progress.
  • Consulting and collaborating with other healthcare professionals for holistic patient management, recognizing when adjustments to the treatment plan are necessary based on observed changes in a patient's condition.
  • Participating in discharge planning by ensuring follow-up care is clear and actionable for patients.
  • Engaging in corporate training and adhering to state and federal regulations to maintain compliance and the highest standards of care.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
  • A current and valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
