Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting assessments, treatment plans, and patient responses to treatment.
• Adjust treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations and patient progress to optimize therapy outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of New York.
