Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of residents' physical capabilities to formulate personalized treatment plans that address individual needs and goals.
  • Design and implement targeted therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and advanced modalities to enhance strength, coordination, and mobility.
  • Regularly monitor and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to therapy protocols to align with evolving needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure all aspects of patient care are covered, facilitating comprehensive treatment and recovery strategies.
  • Provide education for patients and their families on home exercise routines and techniques to foster continued health improvements following discharge.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A valid Physical Therapist license to practice in California.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
