This role is set within our dynamic onsite rehabilitation facility in Fords, NJ. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients experiencing functional limitations due to orthopedic conditions.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and align them with evidence-based practice.
  • Implement therapy interventions swiftly and proficiently, ensuring the use of appropriate treatment modalities and techniques.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records that reflect evaluations and progress, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
  • Adapt treatment approaches based on both patient response and evolving healthcare guidelines.
  • Engage in interdisciplinary consultations as needed and provide updates to the healthcare team regarding changes in patient conditions.
  • Involve patients in their care processes, encouraging feedback and discussing their experiences to facilitate recovery.
  • Participate in regular facility meetings and contribute to collaborative initiatives aimed at enhancing patient access and outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our orthopedic physical therapist will primarily work with adult and geriatric populations experiencing a variety of musculoskeletal disorders—including post-operative rehabilitation, sports-related injuries, and chronic pain management. We focus on creating tailored treatment paths that respect patient autonomy and align treatment goals with their personal recovery aspirations.

Qualifications
  • Completion of a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
