Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their functional abilities, mobility, and pain levels, leading to the development of personalized and effective treatment plans.
  • Utilize evidence-based interventions, including manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises, aimed at improving patient mobility, reducing pain, and enhancing overall quality of life.
  • Maintain clear communication with patients and their families, providing education on therapeutic exercises, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies to promote autonomy and long-term health.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care, discussing patient progress and modifying treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Keep meticulous records of patient progress, treatments provided, and outcomes achieved, in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse patient population, particularly focusing on individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal disorders. The ideal candidate will be skilled in addressing a variety of conditions, ranging from post-operative rehabilitation to chronic pain management. Qualifications
  • Educational Background: Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure: Active New Jersey Physical Therapy License.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, specifically in outpatient or orthopedic settings is required.
  • CERTIFICATIONS: Current BLS/CPR certification for healthcare professionals.
