Key Responsibilities

• Regularly assess patients' progress, documenting treatment responses and readjusting plans as necessary to meet evolving therapeutic objectives.
• Provide education and training to patients, caregivers, and families on effective use of therapeutic devices as well as physical therapy techniques, ensuring continuity of care at home.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and seminars, keeping abreast of the latest advancements in physical therapy practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at our facility, you will work with a diverse patient population, including children recovering from sports injuries, adults rehabilitating after surgery, and elderly patients aiming to improve their mobility post-accident. Qualifications
