Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' goals and individual needs to design and implement effective rehabilitation programs.
• Manage a caseload effectively, seeing one patient per hour to ensure dedicated and focused therapy sessions.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to reduce the need for medications and surgical interventions, thereby enhancing recovery.
• Create comprehensive care plans that incorporate various therapeutic interventions tailored to specific patient needs.
• Conduct detailed progress evaluations and modify treatment plans based on patients' recovery trajectories.
• Document patient care services thoroughly to maintain clear communication and continuity of care.
• Leverage manual therapy techniques to improve patient mobility and alleviate pain.
• Employ EMR software, particularly WebPT, for accurate and efficient patient record management.
• Develop personalized fitness and wellness programs promoting sustained recovery and long-term health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Active state license as a Physical Therapist with a clean professional record.

• Proficiency in utilizing EMR Software, especially WebPT, for patient management.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in orthopedic outpatient settings is strongly preferred, allowing you to implement best practices in patient care.
• Previous involvement in multidisciplinary health care teams will enhance the collaborative approach in our practice.
• Expertise in developing and executing individualized treatment plans based on specific orthopedic diagnoses.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
