Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for patients, assessing their orthopedic conditions by reviewing medical histories and performing specialized tests to guide treatment planning.
• Communicate evaluation results and treatment plans clearly to patients and their families, ensuring active involvement in setting realistic recovery goals.
• Implement and manage tailored treatment protocols, utilizing evidence-based practices that reflect current methodologies and are suited to individual patient needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members—including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists—to coordinate patient care effectively and adapt treatment plans as necessary based on evolving conditions.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient progress, including initial evaluations, daily notes, and discharge plans, to ensure clarity and continuity in healthcare delivery.
• Exhibit strong time management skills by effectively scheduling patient appointments and meetings, meeting productivity targets while providing quality care.
• Participate in community outreach and marketing initiatives to enhance the clinic's visibility and accessibility in line with our mission.
• Engage in personal and team-driven continuous education to ensure high standards of care, including serving as a clinical instructor for students entering the field.
• Champion a positive experience for patients, upholding the clinic's standards of service and contributing to an environment that removes barriers to access care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patients predominantly include individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. As a Physical Therapist, you will provide vital rehabilitation services to a wide range of clients, helping them regain mobility, strength, and independence.

Qualifications

• Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Active state license as a Doctor of Physical Therapy.
• Minimum of two years' clinical experience in orthopedic physical therapy.
• Current CPR certification.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of orthopedic experience is required, we prefer candidates who have worked in a fast-paced rehabilitation facility and have demonstrated success in treating a diverse patient population. Specialized training in manual therapy or sports rehabilitation is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
