Work EnvironmentThis position is based onsite at our Rehabilitation Center in Manassas, Virginia. Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Full-Time Physical Therapist, your essential duties will include:
- Evaluating patients referred by physicians to create personalized treatment plans that cater to each individual's needs.
- Implementing comprehensive therapy programs for various specialties including orthopedics, pediatrics, neurology, and sports medicine.
- Demonstrating a strong commitment to customer service while enhancing patient care effectiveness.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes through evidence-based practices.
- Providing both in-clinic and home-based therapy that aligns with established physician plans of care.
- Conducting educational sessions for patients and their caregivers to empower them in their healing and rehabilitation process.
- Meeting established utilization goals and contributing to the overall business objectives of the facility.

QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited program.
- A valid state license for practicing Physical Therapy in Virginia.
- Current Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with proficiency in word processing and other computer systems.
- A genuine desire to build strong relationships with patients, enhancing their path to recovery.
- A positive attitude and the ability to connect with a varied clientele to ensure their functional goals are met.
While a minimum of two years of experience is required, applicants who have additional specialization in specific settings (e.g., pediatric or sports rehabilitation) or advanced certifications are highly regarded. Compensation and BenefitsThe salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
