Work Environment

Our typical work schedule runs Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a structured work-life balance. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to identify patient goals and needs, developing individualized treatment plans aimed at optimizing recovery and mobility.
  • Maintain a manageable patient load of one patient per hour to ensure focused, effective care.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver high-quality, personalized treatments that promote active participation in the rehabilitation process.
  • Implement cost-effective orthopedic treatments that reduce the need for pharmaceuticals and surgical interventions whenever possible.
  • Apply a diverse array of physical therapy techniques, including manual therapy and exercise prescription, tailored to each patient's unique conditions.
  • Document all patient interactions and progress meticulously to enable informed ongoing care and facilitate data tracking for patient outcomes.
  • Regularly review treatment plans and progress with patients, fostering transparent communication about their recovery trajectory.
  • Engage in collaborative practice with other healthcare professionals to offer a multidimensional approach to patient care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary clientele at our facility consists of individuals undergoing orthopedic rehabilitation. This population may include post-operative patients, sports injury recoveries, and individuals with chronic conditions affecting their mobility. Your expertise will be pivotal in helping them regain independence and functional movement, paving the way for improved health outcomes.

Qualifications
  • A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required to ensure that candidates possess an advanced understanding of the complexities of physical rehabilitation.
  • An active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey is mandatory, with no records of disciplinary actions on file.
  • You should exhibit strong skills in manual therapy techniques, along with a proven ability to design effective exercise programs for a diverse patient base.
  • Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software, such as WebPT, is essential for efficient patient documentation and management.

Compensation and Benefits
