Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized care to each patient, focusing on their unique rehabilitation goals and individual needs.
• Manage a reasonable patient load to ensure each individual receives the attention required for effective treatment.
• Utilize an evidence-based approach in assessing and treating patients, ensuring techniques used are current and reliable.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that may encompass a variety of therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy and exercise prescriptions.
• Conduct evaluations to monitor patient progress, continually adapting care plans based on their evolving needs.
• Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) systems efficiently for documentation and seamless communication among healthcare team members, particularly using WebPT software.
• Foster a motivating and encouraging environment, aiding patients in their perseverance through challenges to achieve recovery.
• Stay informed about advancements in physical therapy techniques and research to enhance the treatment processes utilized at our center.
• Collaborate closely with physical therapy aides, supervising therapy sessions and providing mentorship and guidance as needed.
• Encourage patients to integrate wellness and fitness concepts into their daily routines to promote long-term health benefits.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
