Key Responsibilities

• Devise and implement detailed treatment and care plans based on each patient's unique needs, utilizing your clinical judgment and expertise.
• Provide hands-on therapy using various techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and state-of-the-art modalities to enhance recovery.
• Maintain active communication with patients, discussing progress and addressing any concerns regarding their treatment plans or home exercises.
• Utilize electronic health record systems to document patient evaluations, treatment sessions, progress notes, and discharge plans, maintaining compliance with state regulations.
• Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and adjust as necessary to maximize patient outcomes.
• Engage in continuous education by participating in workshops and training sessions to remain updated on innovative therapies and techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patients range from those recovering from surgery or injury to individuals with chronic pain syndromes or mobility challenges. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

• Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and other qualifications.
