Key Responsibilities

• Regularly monitor and document patient progress using our electronic health record system.

• Participate in departmental quality improvement initiatives geared toward enhancing patient treatment protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Sustain Recovery Rehab Center, you will primarily work with a diverse outpatient client population ranging from post-surgical patients to those recovering from sports injuries, neurological conditions, and chronic pain. Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in New York.
• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy.

Compensation and Benefits
