Accounting Manager/Assistant Controller - Savannah (Onsite)Financial Reporting:Generate accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.Analyze financial data to provide insights into key performance indicators and trends.Cost Control:Implement and maintain effective cost control measures to optimize operational efficiency.Analyze cost structures and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising service quality.Financial Planning and Strategy:Collaborate with executive leadership to develop long-term financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.Assess the financial feasibility of expansion projects, renovations, or other capital investments.Cash Management:Oversee cash flow management, including monitoring receivables, payables, and working capital.Optimize cash position and recommend investment strategies.Team Leadership:Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.Conduct regular training sessions to keep staff updated on industry trends and best practices.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
