The Company is seeking a Senior Managing Director for In-Service Program Implementation. Applicants for this role must have 8-10 years' of relevant experience, including a background in managing and leading large-scale key moments in alignment with the company's program model. The role demands a leader who can set and evolve the vision for key moments, build strong relationships, and influence others toward desired outcomes. The Senior Managing Director will work closely with regional and national teams, and must be prepared to work weekends, evenings, and travel as necessary.
