Our small but progressive educational organization needs a reliable, organized Accounting Technician with payroll experience to support our Director of Business Services. The successful applicant will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, a desire to work efficiently within a team and independently. If you have worked in a fast-paced office in the past and you enjoy establishing your own organizational systems, we are excited to talk with you. We are looking for someone who can operate effectively with little supervision and who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Essential Duties
Education & Training: Associate's degree in accounting OR equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in a job related field that enables performance of all aspects of this position. Work Experience Preferred: Three or more years working in a related position. Licensure/Certification None Required.

Physical Demands: Business travel may be required. Work hours are typically business hours only, but may require extended hours from time to time. The work is mostly sedentary and can require the exertion of up to 25 pounds or force occasionally. Frequent computer use is required including long periods without movement.
Salary and Benefits: Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 (subject to negotiated agreement and work experience). Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package for employees.
