Healthcare Business Development Representative Outside Sales

AllPRO Health Staffing & Consulting is a nurse-owned healthcare staffing and consulting firm dedicated to providing exceptional staffing solutions to nursing homes, assisted living communities, rehabilitation centers, hospitals, home care agencies, and other healthcare organizations throughout New York.

We pride ourselves on professionalism, responsiveness, and building long-term partnerships with our clients.

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a driven Healthcare Business Development Representative to help grow our client base and strengthen our presence throughout the region.

• Visit healthcare facilities throughout your assigned territory.
• Develop relationships with Administrators, Directors of Nursing, HR Directors, and Executive Leadership.
• Present AllPRO's staffing and consulting solutions.
• Generate new client contracts.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline.
• Attend networking events and industry functions.
• Collaborate with our recruiting team to ensure client needs are met.
• Submit weekly activity reports.

You'll receive:

• $400 monthly draw/stipend to help cover travel, gas, and business development expenses.
• $1,000 bonus for every new facility contract that results in a staffing placement and the client's first invoice is paid.
• 3% of the gross profit from each new account for the first three months.

There is no cap on your earnings.

• Experience in healthcare staffing sales, healthcare marketing, business development, or outside sales preferred.
• Existing relationships with healthcare facilities are a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Comfortable making cold calls and conducting in-person visits.
• Reliable transportation.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work independently.
