Health System Specialist
DutiesMonitor patient scheduling for the Military Treatment Facility's primary care areas. Perform analysis of functions and/or procedures of the facility. Review and/or update office procedures to meet guidelines Utilize various software packages and other specialized tools in support of specific functions. Utilize automated systems to create documents, correspondence, and reports for the facility. Establish, reviews, and updates complex office procedures, guidelines, and processes to ensure effectiveness, efficiency, and quality management in meeting patient needs. Serve as DMHRSi timekeeper to ensure appropriate workload capture for the department. Serve as ATAAPS timekeeper to ensure appropriate submission of time cards is completed prior to end of pay cycles.
