Kubernetes Platform Engineer / Hybrid Cluster Administrator (Linux + Windows)Room and board will be fully provided at a 4+ star hotel located within Baghdad's secure Green ZoneKey Responsibilities:Run and maintain Ansible automation/orchestration.Set up and manage SSH connections on Windows and Linux machines.Install, configure, and operate Kubernetes clusters with mixed Linux and Windows nodes.Perform server administration (patching, monitoring, troubleshooting) in hybrid environments.Manage GitOps workflows using Flux for declarative cluster configuration.Use GitLab for CI/CD pipelines, repository management, and infrastructure-as-code.Required Skills & Experience:Strong Kubernetes experience (installation, multi-OS clusters, troubleshooting).Linux + Windows server administration.SSH configuration and usage across platforms.GitLab (repositories, CI/CD, runners, merge requests).Flux (GitOps, kustomize/helm integration, bootstrapping).Scripting/automation (Bash, PowerShell, Python).Experience with heterogeneous container environments.Nice to Have:Nutanix OS / AHV experience.Hybrid cloud / on-prem Windows container setups.*On premises Kubernetes environment. Potentially in air-gapped environment.
