Join us and be part of a team that has a people first mentality and a dedication to excellence.Key tasks:Experience with providing support in areas of budget, reporting, billing, and financial management for IT initiativesExperience in performing financial and business analyses; compiles, analyzes and records financial information and proactively identifies and communicates cost avoidance and cost reduction initiativesExperience developing, performing, and managing all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for IT projects/initiativesExperience developing and maintaining financial reports to clearly communicate actual results, forecasted performance, and variances to plan, forecast, and budget; understands and incorporates metrics into reports to highlight relevant trends and support fact-based business decisionsExperience communicating financial information and strategic issues in a clear manner; produces high quality presentations that communicate a clear message to senior managementExperience researching and evaluating strategic business opportunitiesRequired education/certifications:Entry-Level/Developmental: High School Diploma + 6 years of experience or Associates Degree + 4 years of experience or Bachelors Degree + 2 years of experience or Masters Degree + 0 years of experienceFull Performance/Journeyman: High School Diploma + 8 years of experience or Associates Degree + 6 years of experience or Bachelors Degree + 4 years of experience or Masters Degree + 2 years of experienceSenior: High School Diploma + 10 years of experience or Associates Degree + 8 years of experience or Bachelors Degree + 6 years of experience or Masters Degree + 4 years of experience or PhD + 2 years of experienceExpert/Master: High School Diploma + 12 years of experience or Associates Degree + 10 years of experience or Bachelors Degree + 8 years of experience or Masters Degree + 6 years of experience or PhD + 4 years of experienceThe proposed salary range for this position in Maryland is 53,000 to 270,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
