Adecco Staffing is working with a leading distribution company in Londonderry, NH to hire Warehouse Associates. These positions support warehouse operations including order fulfillment, inventory movement, and material handling. Candidates will have the opportunity to learn and operate powered industrial equipment such as forklifts and cherry pickers while building valuable warehouse experience.
Position: Warehouse Associate
Shift: All Shift
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
Job Duties:
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Receive, stock, and organize inventory throughout the warehouse
• Move materials safely using pallet jacks and warehouse equipment
• Learn to operate forklifts, cherry pickers, and other powered industrial equipment
• Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems
• Verify inventory counts and product locations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and operational guidelines
• Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control functions as needed
Qualifications:
• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
• Interest in learning forklift and cherry picker operation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow directions and work independently
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift
• Ability to work at heights when operating a cherry picker after training
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment
