With consistent year-over-year growth and a culture that champions innovation and career development, they are seeking a sharp Accounting Manager to join their high-performing finance team.Why You’ll Love It HereCompetitive paySalary + matching 401K + FSAFull benefitsMedical, dental, vision + employer-paid lifeWork/life balanceGenerous PTO + paid holidaysGrowth cultureEntrepreneurial mindset, clear career pathsWhat You’ll DoOwn the full cycle of general accounting – AR, AP, fixed assets, inventory, actuals, forecasting, and budget reportingLead month-end close, including compilation and distribution of reports to corporate leadershipEnsure compliance with GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley/COSO, lease reporting standards, and revenue recognition requirementsMonitor and analyze inventory valuation, production costs, E&O, and recommend actions for dispositionSupport tax reporting, sustainability audit calculations, and serve as backup to the ControllerSupervise and develop accounting staff, ensuring accurate workload allocation and timely completionMaintain ERP finance modules and contribute to special projects as neededWhat You’ll BringBachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, along with 5–10 years of experience in a manufacturing environmentExperience in a division or subsidiary of a publicly traded company, particularly with corporate reporting responsibilities preferredHands-on experience with ERP systems in a manufacturing environment (e.g., cost accounting modules, inventory management)Strong Excel skills and comfort with data analysis; experience with BI or reporting tools is a plusProven ability to lead and mentor a team while managing competing deadlines in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with cost accounting principles, standard costing, and variance analysis in a product-based business
