About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP Global Health to lead the strategic and technical direction of its global health portfolio. The successful candidate will be a dynamic and proven public health expert with a strong background in delivering health programs, particularly in low-resource settings. Key responsibilities for the VP Global Health include providing vision and strategic leadership for the portfolio, building the company's visibility and relationships in global health, and leading the development and execution of the global health strategy. The role also involves managing a global health team, fostering a collaborative culture, and ensuring the highest ethical and compliance standards in program delivery and business development activities. Candidates for the VP Global Health position at the company should have a Master’s degree and at least 13 years' of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, with a focus on management. The role requires a leader with a strong clinical or public health background, including an advanced degree in a relevant discipline, and a proven track record in international development. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in global health, deep networks with stakeholders, and a successful history of business development. They should be adept at leading high-performing teams, both in-person and virtually, and possess excellent communication skills.
