We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our team. This position

is ideal for a skilled professional who can step into the role and contribute immediately with minimal training.

This is not an entry-level position. The successful candidate should already possess strong clinical knowledge,

chairside skills, Dentrix experience, and the confidence to work effectively with our doctors and patients.

Essential Responsibilities

 Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care.

 Prepare patients, operatories, instruments, and materials for treatment.

 Assist the dentist with restorative, surgical, and other dental procedures.

 Take digital X-rays and properly document them in patient charts.

 Provide oral hygiene and postoperative instructions.

 Assist with impressions, temporary crowns, suctioning, retraction, and suture cutting.

 Sterilize and disinfect instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms.

 Accurately document treatment and patient information in Dentrix.

 Pour and trim models and fabricate custom impression trays.

 Maintain organized, fully stocked, and treatment-ready operatories.

 Assist the front desk and other team members when needed.

Required Qualifications

Please apply only if you meet the following requirements:

 Minimum 3 years of hands-on dental assisting experience.

 Minimum 3 years of Dentrix experience.

 Bilingual English/Spanish required, with the ability to clearly explain treatment and instructions in both

languages.

 Must be experienced and confident enough to hit the ground running and contribute immediately.

 Strong chairside and clinical skills.

 Excellent communication and customer service skills.

 Dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.

 Professional appearance and demeanor.

 Strong work ethic, integrity, and team-oriented attitude.

 Ability to anticipate the needs of the doctor and patient.

We are looking for someone who is experienced, confident, dependable, positive, and genuinely cares about

patients. While orientation to our office procedures will be provided, candidates should be prepared to become a

productive member of our clinical team from the start.
