<span font-size: 14.0px;"><span >A well-established leader in Wisconsin’s food manufacturing industry is now hiring dedicated <strong>Maintenance Technician </strong>on night shift—join a company that’s a true local staple and be part of something big!<br>Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 5pm-5am, 5 on and 5 off, starting wage is $28.00 - $38.00 per hour depending on experience plus a great benefits package!<br><br>The <strong>Maintenance Technician</strong> performs a variety highly skilled duties and responsibilities involved in the maintenance, repair, service and installation of equipment, machinery and related facilities.<br><br><strong>Maintenance Technician</strong> Essential Duties and Responsibilities<br>• Maintenance and repairs of complex mechanical systems and equipment utilizing skills in electromechanical repair, pipefitting and plumbing.<br>• Troubleshoots and isolates highly complex mechanical problems; implements corrective actions, as appropriate. Performs complex electrical and mechanical repairs on a variety of systems and sub-systems in plant.<br>• Reads and interprets complex plans, diagrams and specifications.<br>• Provides estimates of time and material required; requisitions, tools and supplies in accordance with established procedures. Prepares and maintains documentation and reports, as required.<br>• Performs and leads preventative maintenance duties such as cleaning, oiling, and lubricating equipment as assigned.<br>• Maintains a safe work environment through job planning and identification and correction of hazards and adherence to plant safety rules and procedures.<br>• Other duties as assigned or may be necessary.<br><br><strong>Maintenance Technician</strong> Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:<br>• Possesses comprehensive technical knowledge across various systems/trades [HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing]<br>• Strong problem-solving skills<br>• Strong technical aptitude<br>• Organization skills and attentiveness to detail<br>• Interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to work effectively with a range of individuals, teams, managers, supervisors<br>• Demonstrates ability to read and understand mechanical drawings, piping and instrumentation diagrams, equipment assembly drawings, technical manuals, blueprints and schematics<br><br><strong>Maintenance Technician</strong> Education & Experience:<br>• High School Diploma or GED with 2-3 years of related experience.<br><br>ABR Employment Services is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
