Your hospitality skills are worth more than you think — here's where to use them.
If you've worked in hospitality, you already know how to read a room, stay composed under pressure, and make people feel genuinely welcome — even on your busiest, most chaotic shifts. Those are exactly the instincts we need for this role, just applied to a completely different setting: face-to-face events and brand activations.
As an Events Assistant, you'll bring that same warmth and composure to engaging the public directly — representing brands and campaigns at events, building rapport quickly, and creating a great experience for everyone you interact with. It's the same energy as a busy shift behind a bar or in a restaurant, just without the trays.
Hospitality experience is highly valued here, but formal sales or events experience isn't necessary — we'll train you in the campaign side. What you bring is the people skills hospitality already built in you.
