This is an excellent opportunity for a fellowship-trained Glaucoma Surgeon seeking clinical autonomy, long-term ownership potential, within a growing multispecialty eye team serving coastal South Carolina and southeastern North Carolina.

• Physician-owned private practice with 12 ophthalmology providers across multiple subspecialties
• Established referral network serving a population of more than 900,000 and immediate patient demand
• Modern clinic with private physician offices and dedicated cross-trained scribes
• Defined partnership track with long-term ownership potential
• The practice continues to expand its subspecialty services, including the addition of Oculoplastic and Cornea specialists.

• Monday through Friday with flexible clinic and surgical scheduling
• Shared 1:8 call rotation with infrequent call responsibilities
• Optional hospital call available for additional compensation

• Guaranteed base salary during the initial two-year agreement
• Net collections bonus model
• Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance

• Fellowship-trained in Glaucoma Surgery
• Board-certified or board-eligible MD or DO
