Join WCS Healthcare Partners as a dedicated and skilled physician in our outpatient primary care team located in Worcester. We offer flexible scheduling options for both full-time and part-time positions, catering to physicians specializing in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Family Medicine specialists have the opportunity to care for patients of all ages, including obstetrics if desired, while Internal Medicine specialists focus on adult patients only.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients in an outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Participate in on-call duties, limited to phone consultations, two weekdays a month and one full weekend.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Engage in continuous professional development and stay updated with the latest medical advancements.

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday, or a 4-day clinical week with one remote administrative day.
• One Saturday morning a month, with a reduced weekday schedule when working Saturdays.
• 32 hours of patient-facing work per week.

Requirements

• Board Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC) in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Must hold a valid Massachusetts medical license.
• Spanish or Portuguese language skills are a plus, but not required.
• Willing to consider J1 or H1B visa candidates.
