<p><span ><strong>Extruder Operators (All Shifts)</strong></span><br>Neenah, WI (on-site)</p><h3>Join a stable manufacturing team where you’ll stay busy, learn new skills, and be part of producing quality product that ships out daily. This is a hands-on role for someone who likes machine operation, quality checks, and keeping production moving—<strong>with openings on all 3 shifts</strong>.<br><br><strong>Shifts & Pay</strong></h3><table><thead><tr><th>Shift</th><th align="right">Hours</th><th align="right">Pay Rate</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>1st shift</td><td align="right">7:00 AM – 3:00 PM</td><td align="right">$20.00/hr</td></tr><tr><td>2nd shift</td><td align="right">3:00 PM – 11:00 PM</td><td align="right">$20.50/hr</td></tr><tr><td>3rd shift</td><td align="right">11:00 PM – 7:00 AM</td><td align="right">$21.00/hr</td></tr></tbody></table><h3><strong>Schedule</strong></h3><ul><li>Full-time, 40 hours/week<li>Monday–Friday</ul><h3><strong>What you’ll do (day-to-day)</strong></h3><ul><li>Package finished product: build boxes/crates (stapler/nail gun), pack to count specs, tape/band, label, palletize, shrink wrap, and band pallets<li>Perform quality checks per the Quality Control Plan and complete production reports accurately<li>Use measuring tools (including calipers/comparator), collect samples, record results, and alert the supervisor if readings are out of tolerance<li>Keep raw material flowing (maintain hopper levels), measure/mix colorant as needed, and maintain a clean/safe work area<li>Support machine setup and changeovers (tear down, set up, screen changes), and care/clean precision tooling/dies<li>Other duties as assigned</ul><h3><strong>What we’re looking for</strong></h3><ul><li>At least 18 years old<li>High school diploma (or equivalent)<li>Manufacturing experience is a plus<li>Comfortable following instructions and established processes<li>Able to use small hand tools and precision measuring devices<li>Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical evaluation</ul><h3><strong>Physical & work environment</strong></h3><ul><li>Frequent bending/stooping/reaching/twisting; lifting up to 50 lbs; standing/walking for an 8-hour shift<li>May climb a rolling ladder up to 10 feet<li>Warehouse/manufacturing environment with moderate-to-loud noise; temperature changes/drafts; occasional fumes/airborne particles; uneven/slippery areas possible<li>Forklift operation may be required after in-house certification</ul><h3><strong>Ready to apply?</strong></h3><ul><li>Apply today to be considered for <strong>1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift</strong> openings in Neenah!
