Brief Description

Seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician for 1st shift to help maintain 29 commercial properties, including strip malls. Responsibilities include performing plumbing and electrical repairs, lawn care, general cleanup, trash management, and property inspections. Candidates should have experience in electrical and plumbing work, a valid driver’s license (use of your own vehicle required), and their own tools. A boiler license is preferred but not required. We are looking for applicants with a stable work history. This position requires a background check and credit check. Wages are competitive and based on experience.
