Membership Development Coordinator

Prestigious commercial real estate firm is looking for Membership Development Coordinator to focus on day-to-day site operations and hospitality, while also collaborating with sales, marketing, and finance teams to successfully maintain the integrity of the space, execute member retention strategies, liaise with vendors, maintain smooth SOPs, and build genuine relationships with our members. Duties and responsibilities include:

• Provide professional front desk and reception services, including calls, guests, packages, notary services, conference rooms, and parking validation.
• Foster a welcoming, productive environment and build strong member relationships to drive retention.
• Manage member records, SOPs, administrative processes, membership plans, renewals, expansions, and contract negotiations.
• Review monthly billing for accuracy, collect outstanding balances, and submit expense reports.
• Manage member move-outs, including keys, office inspections, damages, deposits, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain inventory and restock supplies throughout common areas, kitchens, restrooms, conference rooms, and print stations.
• Serve as primary point of contact for building management and vendors; coordinate work orders, appointments, billing, and supplies.
• Plan and execute member and company events and manage member communications.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the member experience through services, amenities, and partnerships.
• Support tours, new business inquiries, onboarding, sales activities, marketing initiatives, and positive review efforts.

Requirements include a bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of experience.
