- License/Certifications: MA License, BC in Neurosurgery (required)
- Experience: Minimum 1 year neurosurgery experience
Pay & Benefits:- Hourly Pay Rate: $129.98

What You'll Do:- Conduct patient rounds alongside residents, developing care plans
- Review and place orders for inpatient neurosurgical patients
- Assess and see patients needing attention, discharges, and follow-up
- Remove drains such as Hemovac or JP drains (preferred skill)
- Collaborate with a resident program for inpatient care note: no OR involvement
- Document clinical findings and update patient records using Epic EMR
What You Need:- Board Certification in Neurosurgery (required)
- Massachusetts License (or ability to obtain)
- 1+ year of neurosurgery experience
- Ability to perform drain removal (preferred)
- Strong communication and collaborative skills
