Service Coordinator

Our client is looking for someone to work in their fast-paced property management office! Ideal candidate will have some experience Dispatching technicians or related experience and familiar with Property Management.

Job Duties:

• Schedule/coordinate all maintenance requests
• Track repairs to confirm they are complete
• Dispatch appropriate personnel to complete required duties
• Handle multiple maintenance requests daily
• Keep track of all inspections- State / Fire Dept / Housing etc.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Must be well organized and detail oriented

Hours: Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm
