Rewind Operator- 3rd Shift

Sunday – Thursday | 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
$17–$20/hour (based on experience) Try-Before-Hire
About the RoleWe are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals who take pride in their work and want to grow their careers in the printing and packaging industry.
As a Rewind Operator, you’ll be part of the finishing team responsible for inspecting and preparing high-quality labels for final delivery. This is a hands-on role where attention to detail and consistency are key.
Training Requirement- Initial training will take place on 1st shift (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM) before transitioning to 3rd shift.
Key Responsibilities- Set up, operate, and maintain rewind/finishing equipment
- Inspect finished labels for defects and ensure quality standards are met
- Follow finishing specifications and production priorities
- Complete required documentation accurately
- Perform basic preventative maintenance on equipment
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and support Lean initiatives
What We’re Looking For- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide) and ability to read a ruler
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Strong work ethic and reliability
Education & Requirements- Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work
- Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English
- Preferred:
- 1+ year of printing or related manufacturing experience
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles
