Monday through Friday

Approximately 7:30 AM to 4:00-4:30 PM

Time-and-a-half overtime when jobs run longer

No routine weekend work

5% commission on qualifying new HVAC equipment sales

Report daily to the company warehouse in the Harahan/Elmwood area before heading to job sites

Diagnose, service, repair, maintain, and install residential HVAC systems throughout New Orleans, Metairie, Kenner, and Mandeville, Louisiana

Lead technicians and installers on assigned job sites

Serve as the primary point of contact on job sites while ensuring projects stay on schedule

Ensure all work is completed safely, professionally, and in compliance with company standards and local codes

Communicate system issues, repair options, and recommendations clearly with homeowners
-
Perform final quality inspections before project completion

Verify materials, equipment, and workmanship meet company standards
-
Complete job documentation, photos, invoices, and reports accurately using company software
-
Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
-
Assist with training and mentoring junior technicians and apprentices
-
Protect company vehicles, tools, and equipment
-
Identify appropriate opportunities for HVAC equipment replacement or system improvements when they genuinely benefit the customer

High school diploma or equivalent
-
3+ years of professional HVAC service, diagnostics, repair, and installation experience
-
HVAC State License preferred but not required
-
EPA Certification required
-
Valid driver's license
-
Strong HVAC diagnostics, troubleshooting, service, repair, and installation skills
-
Experience leading technicians or managing job sites
-
Ability to complete job documentation using company software
-
Ability to safely lift equipment and perform work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and other job site environments

Commitment to following safety procedures and local codes

HVAC trade license is a plus
-
Electrical experience or an electrical/construction background is a plus
