HVAC Estimator / Sales

We are looking to add an experienced HVAC salesperson to our team serving the Columbus area. This role will handle both residential replacement sales and new construction estimating/sales.

This is a good fit for someone who already knows how to sell HVAC systems, wants more opportunity, and is interested in growing beyond standard replacement sales into estimating and larger project work.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous HVAC sales experience required
• Strong communication and customer skills
• Ability to generate self-sourced opportunities while also working company-provided leads
• Motivated, dependable, and able to work independently
• Interest in long-term growth and leadership opportunities

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Residential replacement/change-out sales
• New construction estimating and sales
• Meeting with homeowners, builders, and contractors
• Building relationships and generating business opportunities
• Working alongside operations and installation teams

Pay & Benefits:

• $20–$27/hour base pay
