Adecco Permanent Recruitment is working with a manufacturer in the Cookeville area to find a full-time Logistics Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Managing day-to-day warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory.
- Ensuring orders are correct, complete, and shipped on schedule
- Guiding and supporting team members to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals
- Monitoring performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement
- Keeping inventory and material flow organized and accurate
- Enforcing safety standards and handling incident reporting
- Providing training to employees and supporting continuous improvement efforts
- Managing staffing, scheduling, and overtime
- All other tasks as necessary
Qualifications:- 3+ years of experience leading warehouse, shipping/receiving, distribution or similar
- Knowledge of inventory control and material flow
- Experience working with ERP or warehouse systems and Microsoft Office

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
