Top 100 AmLaw firm seeks an associate to join their Business Restructuring and Reorganization Practice in their Atlanta office.

Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a large firm restructuring/reorganization practice, preferably including representation of debtors in chapter 11 cases. Excellent academic credentials, strong writing, and analytical skills and the desire to work both independently as part of a team are required.
