Business Analyst
Location: Oldsmar, FL
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Employment Type: Exempt
Alliance Workforce is hiring a Business Analyst for a full-time position in Oldsmar. We are looking for someone with ERP experience who can help improve business processes, support system users, and work with multiple departments on IT projects.
Responsibilities
• Serve as a subject matter expert for the company ERP system
• Work with departments to identify business needs and recommend solutions
• Turn business needs into clear technical requirements for the IT team
• Provide ERP training and technical support to internal users
• Create and maintain process documents, user guides, reports, and flowcharts
• Create and maintain Crystal Reports
• Assist with project planning, inventory adjustments, audits, and system testing
• Help improve IT processes and support compliance requirements
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, Computer Science, IT, or related field; equivalent experience considered
• ERP, business analysis, IT support, or process improvement experience preferred
• Project management experience preferred
• Experience with Crystal Reports preferred
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Lean Six Sigma, APICS CPIM, or related certifications are a plus
