Sales Associate

Position Overview

GTL Management is hiring motivated individuals to join our growing sales team. This is an entry-level, full-time position. No prior sales experience is required—we're looking for individuals with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

As a Sales Associate, you'll work directly with customers in a retail environment, helping them understand available products and services, answering questions, and providing excellent customer service while meeting sales goals.

Position Requirements

• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
• Must be available for full-time hours

Position Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting products and services that best fit their needs
• Provide knowledgeable and professional customer service
• Process customer orders and applications accurately
• Meet individual and team sales goals
• Stay informed about client products, services, and promotions
• Attend required team meetings and training sessions
• Build positive relationships with customers through exceptional service
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent clients with integrity
