Graphic Designer
AMA is seeking a Graphic Designer who brings strong creative thinking, excellent design skills and a sharp eye for detail. You'll develop concepts, design across print and digital channels and carry projects through production and final delivery.
If you're equally comfortable brainstorming a campaign, designing a catalog, building digital assets and preparing files for production, you'll fit right in.
Responsibilities:
- Design across channels. Create direct mail, catalogs, brochures, advertising, email, web, social media, presentations and more.
- Turn strategy into creative. Translate briefs, marketing objectives and brand strategy into smart, engaging visual concepts.
- Own the production process. Manage print and digital materials, including multi-page catalogs and publications, from layout through final delivery.
- Own the details. Take projects from initial concept through design, revisions, production and final delivery.
- Make information visual. Turn complex content, research and marketing messages into clear, compelling communications.
- Strengthen the AMA brand. Apply AMA brand standards consistently while finding opportunities to evolve the creative.
- Collaborate across teams. Work closely with Creative Services, Marketing, Product and other teams to develop stronger ideas and executions.
- Balance a busy workload. Manage and track multiple projects, priorities and deadlines without sacrificing quality.
- Explore what's next. Experiment with emerging design trends, technologies and AI-assisted creative tools that can improve the work and how we create it.
- Other related duties as needed.
