Division Coordinator – Electrical Contractor
Lighting Maintenance, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and proactive Division Coordinator to support our Maryland electrical operations, with a primary focus on our Maryland State Highway Administration (MD SHA) contracts.
This is not a passive administrative position. We need someone who takes ownership, stays organized under pressure, communicates professionally, and follows things through to completion. Just as important, we want someone who brings a positive, upbeat, “let’s get it done” attitude to the team and helps keep things moving even when the day gets hectic.
You will be a key connection between field crews, foremen, managers, MD SHA representatives and inspectors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal departments. Your responsibility is to keep work moving, documentation accurate, billing current, and everyone informed.
What You'll Do
What We're Looking For
Software
Our primary systems will include BuildOps and Sage. Previous experience with either system is preferred but not required. Experience with similar construction management, field service, ERP, accounting, or billing software is also valuable.
The Person Who Will Succeed Here
If you're the person who naturally keeps track of what's scheduled, what's happening in the field, what's completed, what's missing, what needs to be billed, and what could become tomorrow's problem — while bringing a positive attitude and the mindset of “let’s figure it out and get it done” — we want to talk to you.
