C&S has an immediate opening for a full-time Accounting Clerk in Eldon, Missouri.

Salary/hours for Accounting Clerk: $19/hr.; Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m.(4-5 days/week)

Responsibilities:
  • Processing freight billing and related documentation
  • Calculating and applying fuel surcharges
  • Tracking and reconciling mileage and fuel data
  • Entering and maintaining accurate records
  • Supporting general accounting-related tasks
  • Ensuring accuracy while working with multiple reports and spreadsheets
  • Must be proficient in billing platforms with US Bank, BluJay, Kenco, e2Open
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must live within 30minute radius of Eldon
  • Comfortable working with numbers and data
  • Accounting background or experience preferred (or strong aptitude with math)
  • Proficient with computers; Excel experience a plus
  • Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
