<div><img src="https://abdcdn.abdcloud.net/101126/bf142bf6-77ce-4a88-a1bb-8f6c0c0a1628.jpg" ></div><div><strong><span >C&S has an immediate opening for a full-time, temp-to-hire Production Supervisor in Jefferson City.</span></strong></div><div><br></div><div>Salary/hours: $60,000-$80,000/yr. commensurate with experience/education; Monday-Friday 1:30-10:30 p.m.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></div><ul ><li>Supervisor, train, and support a team of production employees fostering a culture of safety, quality and accountability</li><li>Monitor and manage daily production schedules to meet output targets, deadlines and customer requirements</li><li>Collaborate and integrate in to the site leadership team with direct responsibility for production team members performance and plant output</li><li>Ensure proper staffing levels and coordinate workloads for optimal efficiency</li><li>Perform administrative tasks to ensure the proper management of time/attendance, disciplinary actions, promotion, labor reporting among other tasks to ensure the workforce is properly accounted for</li><li>Implement and sustain lean manufacturing principles, identify process improvements, and contribute to increased efficiency and quality</li><li>Receive supervisor training from corporate training resources</li></ul><ul ><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical) or related field preferred, or equivalent experience in manufacturing leadership</li><li>+ 5 years of experience in manufacturing or production environment, preferably in HVAC, refrigeration or related industries</li><li>Strong motivation to lead, take ownership and make an impact on production operations</li><li>Analytical thinking with a drive to identify and implement process improvements </li><li>Familiarity with chiller systems, refrigeration components and manufacturing processes is a plus </li><li>Strong team management, coaching and problem-solving skills (with a hands-on approach to leadership)</li><li>Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies preferred</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally </li><li>Commitment to maintaining a safe workplace and delivering high-quality products</li></ul><div><br></div><div>Apply online and/or at 1731 Southridge Drive, Jefferson City.</div><div><br></div><div>111023</div><div><br></div><div>#BB</div>PandoLogic.
