Chipotle - 1413 Richmond Road - Responsibilities: Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served; Train restaurant crew and oversee line operations; Ensure hand washing and glove changes, monitor time and temperature on the line, monitor secondary shelf lives, and ensure the Daily Food Safety Checklist and food safety policies and procedures are followed; Help to resolve customer incidents and work to ensure positive customer experiences; Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules
