Seeking experienced Mechanical & Electrical Installers capable of performing precision mechanical assembly and installation of BESS cabinet/skid component in the Houston, TX area!

Working Monday-Friday, 10-12 hour shifts.Work is scheduled for 6-8 weeks.Pay for Mechanical and Electrical Installers is up to $28 an hour based on experience.

Responsibilities
-Install electrical componentswithin BESS cabinets/skids.
-Install and routecables, wiring andwire harnesses.
-Install terminals, connectors, grounding/bonding componentsand related hardwareas directed.
-Perform cable management, routing, securing andlabeling.
-Assist with electricalterminations and connectionswithin the workersassigned scope andqualification.
-Use hand tools, power tools, wirestrippers, crimpers, torquetools and otherelectrical assembly tools.
-Read and followelectrical drawings, wiringdiagrams, schematics andwork instructions.
-Verify component locationsand wiring againstdrawings.
-Perform visual andbasic quality checks.
-Maintain proper cablerouting and separation.
-Identify damaged orincorrect components andreport them tosupervision.
-Maintain a cleanand organized workarea.
-Follow all electricalsafety procedures, PPErequirements and projectinstructions.
-Assist millwrights andelectrical installers.
-Assemble mechanical andelectrical components.
-Install hardware, brackets, supports and panels.
-Assist with cablerouting and cablemanagement.
-Install labels andidentification tags.
-Stage and movematerials.
-Use hand andpower tools safely.
-Follow drawings andwritten work instructions.
-Perform basic qualityinspections.
-Maintain housekeeping andorganization.
-Assist experienced technicianswith BESS cabinet/skid assembly.
-Follow all projectsafety requirements.

Qualifications:
-Must be ableto workMondayFriday, 1012 hour shifts.
-Must be availablefor eitherday or nightshift.
-Must be ableto safely usebasic hand andpower tools appropriateto the position.
-Must successfully passrequiredbackground screening.
-Must successfully passrequireddrug screening.
-Must be willingto comply withall required PPEand site safetyrequirements.
-Must be ableto work extendedshifts while maintainingattention to detailand safe workpractices.
-OSHA 10 certificationpreferred.
-Previous industrial, construction, manufacturing, mechanicalor electrical experiencepreferred.
